London Zoo!

These photos are from a recent trip to ZSL London Zoo as part of my employment as a volunteer at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo. I had a great day there, but I can’t help but prefer Whipsnade! The animals’ enclosures there are so much bigger and have more enrichment, so all the animals seem so much happier. I know I may be a little bit biased, but trust me, visit both and you’ll see what I mean!

I do have to say however, that London Zoo do have a few things that I wish Whipsnade did. These include the Nocturnal section and the Aquarium, both of which are so cool!

Included in here are pics of the African Hunting Dog sisters which have now been transferred over to Whipsnade from London. They have settled in so well to their new home and it’s so lovely (and impressive!) seeing them in action. I would definitely recommend going to visit them! Please enjoy my photos 🙂

  1. I think maybe you also need a simpler template. This is one of those fancy ones where I can never find what I’m looking for. Start here:
https://scvincent.com/2018/02/14/14-easy-fixes-for-your-blog/ She’s right and has the following to prove it.

But remember: she and I have been doing this for years. We didn’t get where we are in weeks. One of the things worth doing is subscribing to blogs and commenting. Eventually, people will start to check you out. They see your name and they decide to see what you do. That’s why it seems like we run in groups. We just see each other on other peoples’ blogs and subscribe to each other’s blogs. It’s not just writing, either. It’s also reading, commenting, and getting involved. We all have gotten to know each other. There is more to blogging than just posting stuff.

And it does take a bit of time.

    1. Thank you, Marilyn. I am really fond of the template I’m using now so am hesitant to change it, but I will take your advice into consideration and will take a look into this.

Of course. I am aware that I have been losing touch with the community here at wordpress, and I aim to resolve this as soon as I can, starting from this evening. I did recently try to explore new artists/bloggers and comment lots and feed back on their works and it didn’t seem to get me very far, but this time is much different and I am so grateful for your feedback. Thank you so much.
